Most fastener suppliers in the region import and resell. We draw the wire, form the head, roll the thread, treat, plate and inspect — which is what lets us hold quality and quote bespoke work.

We built the factory as import prices climbed, to make international-standard hardware here in Egypt for buyers across the Middle East and Africa.

  1. Wire drawing

    Rod drawn down to the gauge each part needs, in house.

  2. Heading

    Cold-formed heads — hex, socket, flange, countersunk, truss.

  3. Threading

    Rolled threads to DIN and ISO pitch specifications.

  4. Heat treatment

    Annealing and quenching furnaces for the grade required.

  5. Surface treatment

    Electro-zinc plating and black oxide finishing.

  6. Quality control

    Dimensional and mechanical checks before packing.
